This is a special post for me because it’s the first time I am featuring a SENIOR SESSION on my blog! I’ve had the privilege of doing several senior sessions since starting EHP, each one of them incredibly fabulous, but it’s important to me as EHP has grown, that I never stop telling the stories of what make my clients so incredible.

Storytelling is one of the best parts of being a photographer. You aren’t just snapping pictures. Heck, I would go so far to say that owning a photography business is about 10% shooting, the rest, running a small business like others!

But – I wouldn’t trade it. Telling the stories of people is my passion and Emily is such a bright young woman. She is drum major this year at Patrick Henry High School and when she emailed me about doing her senior session and she wanted “a field”, I had the perfect one in mind! Special shout out and thanks to Shaye Cassell for always coming through for me – she’s always got my back!

Thank you Emily for sharing this season of your life with me. For letting me capture you frolicking through an open field, with nothing but the best days ahead. I hope you enjoy all my favorites from your session!
