Background Story:

Nick reached out to me after a referral from a fellow photographer friend in Athens, GA! He said he had two weeks till he was proposing to his girlfriend Madison and he wanted to me to capture the proposal in Madison, GA!

Well, I can’t get enough of proposals, so I said yes INSTANTLY! We went to work on the details and as today came, Scott and I got up this morning excited to capture this incredible moment for Nick + Madison.

Proposal Day:

We drove over to Madison, GA and began to scout out where we were going to hide in the bushes. A quick text from Nick to tell us he was on the way in 10 minutes and we jumped into our positions. No sooner had we hid ourselves and Scott whispered on the phone, “THEY ARE HERE. THEY ARE HERE”.

He jumped from his spot first and I threw my phone on the ground and ran down the steps, just as I saw Madison set down her purse and realize, this was the moment she’s waited for her whole life.

Nick got down on one knee and the tears just started flowing! You can see how madly in love these two are and so Scott and I grabbed some glasses and champagne from our car to pop and celebrate with this newly engaged couple!
