Gabrielle & Wesley’s Wedding at the Atlanta National Golf Club

Today’s blog sneak peak is Gabrielle and Wesley’s black tie Atlanta National Golf Club wedding. Of course, if you’ve followed me for awhile you know that I love nothing more than a classic black tie event! There’s something perfect about golden hour during the fall that imbued this wedding with the most perfect warm lighting!

Leading into the wedding, Gabrielle and Wesley has been engaged for almost two years. As you can imagine, the excitement for their wedding day’s arrival was palpable and infectious! The atmosphere was lively, intimate, and elegant. From Gabrielle’s portraits to the dance floor candids, everything about this day made my heart swell.

As a wedding photographer, I love when my clients infuse their weddings with all of their important cultural traditions. As a Jewish couple, Gabrielle and Wesley both signed a ketubah and broke the glass as a part of their ceremony. I’m so excited with how the pictures turned out capturing the “before” part of the glass tradition! I also think their ketubah, an illustrated wedding contract, is absolutely gorgeous. If you are on the fence about including something important to you and your cultural beliefs and faith, do it. You won’t regret it!
